Magnolia Management is excited to announced the unveiling our new Self-Service Portal for Owners. The easy-to-use Owner Access Portal allows property owners to go online to view their current account balances, review past payment history, anytime from anywhere.
With the help of Magnolia Management Services to assist Montgomery Terrace Homeowners Association you will have three payment options. You can pay with a bank draft or credit card when you can pay online using the CIT Bank's payment website. Online payments made via bank draft (eCheck) have no transaction fee while credit card payments are subject to transaction fees.
To Pay Online, you will need to know the following information:
Management Company ID: 3149 (Magnolia Management Services ***It may still list our old company name, Pelican Management Group.)
Association ID: MOT (Montgomery Terrace HOA)
Property ID: Your lot number
Per Article VIII of the Restrictive Covenants and Restrictions for Montgomery Terrace, any and all exterior improvements to your home or property must be approved by the Montgomery Terrace Architectural Committee. Once the Architectural Committee receives your formal request they have 30 days to review and make a decision as whether to approve or deny the request.
To submit a formal request for an exterior improvement:

Once your form is submitted Magnolia Management Services will notify you on the status of your request
